The operators managing the Group’s hotels, under both management and lease agreements, maintain a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. A total of fourteen hotels within the portfolio have achieved third-party environmental certification through Green Key or the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, while one additional hotel is currently in the process of applying for Green Key certification. In addition, two hotels have been certified under Radisson Hotel Sustainability Basic Verified. Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Gran Canaria Mogán received its Energy Performance Certificate in the second half of 2025, achieving the highest rating of Energy Class A.As part of the property’s sustainability initiatives, 722 solar panels were installed on the hotel rooftop and became fully operational in early 2025. The installation contributes to reduced energy consumption and lower carbon emissions while making efficient use of the destination’s excellent solar conditions.
